BEGINNERS

The Spring Branch Taekwondo Teens Taekwondo Beginner’s Program provides an introduction to the basic techniques of modern Taekwondo, while increasing your strength, flexibility, coordination and cardiovascular fitness. Whether your goal is to earn your black belt or simply to get into shape, you will find our program fun and challenging, and the benefits of training rewarding!

INTERMEDIATE

After your successful Yellow Belt Promotion Test, your time in Teens Taekwondo will become more intense and exciting! The Intermediate program at Spring Branch Taekwondo Adults Taekwondo offers different types of classes across 7 days of the week. In addition to three Level 1 classes, we offer Basic and Advanced Sparring Classes, basic intermediate classes, Cardio Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Sparring Training (Competition Team) classes. All these classes become available to you after you successfully pass your yellow belt test!

ADVANCED

For the serious Teens Taekwondo practitioner, we offer Special “Black Belt Only” and other advanced level classes in poomsae, Olympic Style competition sparring, self-defense and board-breaking.
